Hi! I’m Robyn Payne, Jersey born and raised, paralegal by profession, mixologist by passion, and the founder of Overserved.

In my legal career, I’ve mastered precision, organization and storytelling. In my creative life, I’ve poured that same attention to detail into cocktails, mocktails, and the experiences that surround them.

Overserved was born from the desire to blend approachable luxury, inclusive community and storytelling into events that feel unforgettable. I didn’t just want to serve drinks. I wanted to serve connection, care and sparkle.
